There is much local interest in the renovation and building extension works at 411-413 Remuera Road.
A project update recently received from Ray White Remuera, future tenants of this property, advises that work is on track for completion by end-April 2017.
The extensive timber framing to the first and second floor is substantially in place. Over the coming holiday period, a small team of carpenters will continue to work on the exterior timber framing and preparation for the roof installation in the second week of January.
Once this has been done, the numerous sub trades will then move in for the final push to opening – targeted for the end of April.
