Multiple Environmental Programmes, town centres, safety, etc

Advocate to AT & invest in North/South links on Pourewa shared path

Advocate to GB for Hobson Bay wastewater/stormwater separation

  1. New Policies: Overall 10 year Budget and Rates for 2021/2022

Changes to Urban Rating Area, Accommodation Provider Targeted rate, new  and increased fees for licences, venue hire, etc

Rates 5% increase to be $300 for average Remuera property (CV $2.0m) ,

Followed by 3.5% year on year for following 9 years
