Adrian Barkla, Chair of Remuera Business Association (RBA) has made a plea for us to do our bit and support the small businesses that are open in Level 3 and have to trade in this contactless environment. He says:
“I have been speaking to the people at Jack Lum and they have been very quiet as they attempt to serve one person at a time!
In addition to those businesses that are open as essential services, such as New World and our two pharmacies, the following businesses are open as Auckland has moved to Level 3.
All openings will be in line with Government requirements to ensure health and safety measures are in place. So some stores may be trading on line and/or with click and collect in place or limiting physical contact through an aperture!
Please support your local stores, our Remuera community needs to ensure that they survive another round of COVID 19!
