The Applicant decided in 2018 to sell the campus on Remuera Road and relocate the Preschool and Girls’ School to the Shore Road campus. The current application will allow the Preschool to relocate from the Remuera Road campus to the Shore Road campus. This is necessary to allow the new owner of the Remuera campus to take possession.
